Beyond his education, Nick brings years of extensive hands-on experience in photography, videography, audio engineering, graphic design, and animation, making him a well-rounded creative force in the industry.
Before founding Cloutier Real Estate Media LLC, Nick was a full-time Video Producer for Residential Properties Ltd, responsible for filming and editing in-house property tour videos and servicing the company’s 240 Realtors. He brings this rich experience to every shoot, and has the expertise to create high-impact marketing material that will resonate with potential buyers in order to grow business. In addition to real estate, Nick provides the commercial sector with impressive photography highlighting the unique appeal of hotels, restaurants, casinos, corporate offices, and retail spaces among others.
