How do I schedule an appointment?
If you are a new client, please create an account in our Agent Portal here, or via the button on the Home page. Returning clients can enter their phone number and login to their Agent Portal account. Choose your preferred package, service, or available add-ons, enter the listing information, enter your information (this will pre-fill for returning clients), list your preferred dates and times, and submit your order. Our team will then reach out and send you a confirmation e-mail to verify the booking.
How do I prepare for my appointment?

How long will it take to photograph my listing?
The duration of a shoot depends on the size of the home and its readiness for photography. For a medium-sized home, photography typically takes about an hour. If you’ve booked multiple services such as photography, videography, and drone footage - it is common to expect a shoot time closer to three hours. A good rule of thumb is to plan for an hour per service booked.
We know that your time is valuable. If you’re unable to stay during the shoot, no worries at all - we’re more than happy to meet with the homeowner directly. We also understand that we represent you, and always strive to uphold the highest level of professionalism. For vacant or unoccupied properties, you’re welcome to provide us with a key or lockbox code. We value your time and are committed to delivering exceptional work to scale your business.
When will I receive my media?
Next Day: Bronze Packages, all Photography, Aerial Photography, Virtual Staging, 2D Floor Plans.2-3 Days: Silver, Gold, and Platinum Packages, 3D Floor Plans, all Videography-based media.
When do I pay for my order?
We operate on a 'pay-before-download' system. Once your media is fully edited, you'll receive a delivery e-mail allowing you to preview your files. Upon completing payment, you will be able to download the content you ordered. If you need help with downloading or using our system, a link to our Video Guide will be included in the delivery e-mail for your convenience. The Video Guide also has information regarding your Property Website and your Customizable Marketing Toolkit, which are included with every order.
